In her role as the founder and owner of Gray Consulting GmbH, Rosie Gray brings a wealth of international work experience and a distinguished background in organizational psychology. Her approach is built on a fundamental understanding of contemporary work challenges, enabling her to offer valuable guidance in key areas such as enhancing leadership, personal development and effective communication.

Rosie holds an MSc in Organisational Psychology from the University of London, an LLB in Law and German from the University of Bristol and an MBA from the FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management. With her unique blend of academic achievements, practical experience and dedication to staying abreast of the latest psychological insights, she aims to establish Gray Consulting GmbH as your partner of choice.
